For the most part, Stormtroopers are just doing their jobs.  Go fix that leak, guard the tractor beam controls, or shoot that rebel scum.  They don’t differentiate between the jobs, they just do it so they don’t get force choked by Vader.  So perhaps you feel the same way about the work that gets pushed down on you at the job?
