For full-out Horsey Hopping excitement make sure to blow up the hoppers to their full 23 inches in diameter. If their bellies don’t look ready to pop, you are so not ready to hop! (If you don’t feel like getting out the tape measure think of it this way, the seat of a standard kitchen chair is about 18 inches tall.)
