The item I am interested in is out of stock. When will it be available again?
As soon as we know when an out of stock item will be available again we will add the date to the product page. If the product page does not have a back in stock date, we do not know when we will be expecting more.
Can I preorder an item that is out of stock?
At this time we are not taking preorders on out of stock items, unless specifically stated on the product page.
Why am I unable to add a product to my shopping cart?
As soon as one of our products goes out of stock it is unable to be added to your shopping cart until it is back in stock. That way you can be sure that if you order something... we have it ready to ship that business day.
Why haven't I received my UPS tracking Number?
We send UPS Tracking Number emails out in the evening. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number.
My order could not be processed. What should I do?
Our shopping cart does not give detailed information to the customer regarding why their card in being rejected. This is done intentionally incase someone is attempting to try different addresses, CVV codes, etc.
with your card number. After three failed attempts, our system will lock out the I.P address from attempting another transaction. Please check that you have the correct billing address and didn't transpose any numbers in the card. Also, make sure that you are entering your correct CVV code. You can wait 35 minutes for our online fraud system to reset for your attempts which will allow your order, with a new card or modified billing information, to process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not currently accept checks or money orders.
Do you ever send promotional coupons?
Sign up for our newsletter to receive notices of new items, sales and coupons for our customers. Discounts are applied to the order total before shipping charges. The qualifying order total does not include shipping charges. Coupons cannot be applied to previous orders.
