PERPETUAL KID 30 DAY GUARANTEE RETURN POLICY

General Return Guidelines:

On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), write the reason(s) for return. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship, prepaid and fully insured, to:

Perpetual Kid is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend that you use an insured shipping method with a tracking number.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in new condition or apply a damaged fee of up to 100%. If you are making a return, you must pack the items securely in their original product packaging to help eliminate damage during shipping. Please return the items to PerpetualKid.com in the same condition they were sent to you.

Shipping charges, free shipping promotions and other coupon offers/discounts will be deducted from return.

Exceptions: Goods and consumables such as CDs, DVDs, cologne, candy, and plants/seeds are not returnable. Laser Stars are not returnable. We will be happy to exchange them, for an exact replacement only, if defective.

We will notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Defective, Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items:

You must contact us within 14 days of the purchase date. We will give you instructions on how to prepare the package. (In most cases, we will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label to you.) I f the item proves to be defective, we will issue a replacement or refund the price of the item plus your original shipping costs.
