The problem with a lot of noodle soups is that you need chopsticks or a fork for the noodles, but then need a spoon for the broth.  Now the SoupStix solves this problem in one simple utensil!  It's chopsticks and a soup spoon in one.  It's like the far east's equivalent of the spork!
