What was our 2022 Delivery By Christmas Guarantee?

We guaranteed that your order would be delivered on or by December 25th 2022, if you selected a pre-Christmas delivery date during checkout and your order is not received by December 25th.  Your order is expected to be delivered by the date you select during checkout, but includes our guarantee just in case! Christmas Delivery Guarantee

If you select a shipping method with a stated delivery date before 12/25/2022, your order is guaranteed to be delivered by the 25th. If your order is not received by Christmas and it is not due to bad weather, incorrectly provided shipping name or address, or delivery to a business address that is closed, just contact us and let us know which option you would prefer below. 

HOW CAN WE GUARANTEE DELIVERY BY CHRISTMAS?

Although all major shipping carriers have removed specific guaranteed delivery dates during the holiday season, we can still guarantee that you will receive your order by the 25th. Here's why... Our guarantee magic happens in our warehouse. Our super geeky elf sorting system gives your order a "drop dead" time that it needs to be handed over to the shipping carrier to be delivered by the date you selected during checkout. We make sure that your order leaves our warehouse in Richmond Virginia, on the date required to be delivered (not foreseeing any unexpected delays) to your shipping address based on the delivery date selected by you, at the time you placed your order.

During checkout you will be shown available delivery dates and shipping options.  Our website communicates in real time with USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL shipping systems. With the information we receive back in real time from the carriers, plus our internal warehouse processing times per shipping method, you are presented with shipping options and delivery dates. The delivery dates presented are specific to the specific address you have entered and the internal processing speed for each method in our warehouse.  Your order is expected to be delivered by the date shown during checkout -but includes our guarantee just in case!

2022's 12/25 Christmas Delivery Guarantee Instructions:

If your order is not received by 12/25 please select the best option for you:

(Option 1) Return your unopened order:

Refuse Delivery. When you refuse a delivery you will be able to easily use the original tracking number to track its return journey back to us.

Contact customer-service@perpetualkid.com after 12/25 and request a pre-paid return label to send back your full unopened order. For the fastest processing, please reply to your order or shipping confirmation email to make this request.
As soon as your order is received back at our warehouse it will be processed as a return. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days as well as a store credit equal to 10% of your product total.

(Option 2) Request your 20% Discount:

(Instructions) Contact customer-service@perpetualkid.com after 12/25 and request your 20% discount for your Christmas Delivery Guarantee. For the fastest processing, please reply to your order or shipping confirmation email to make this request. 

TRACKING NUMBER + ADDITIONAL INFO:

As soon as the shipping carrier pulls away from our warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking number.  Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information online. 

Once your order has been loaded onto the carrier's truck it "should" be scanned by the driver as "received."  Historically we know that as the carriers try to handle the enormous increase in packages... they will sometimes skip the scan showing they have received the package into their care.  When this happens a package can go a few days without showing movement until it is scanned at your carrier's local distribution center.. or worse... scanned for the first time when delivered.  So frustrating!  We completely understand, which is why we pinky promise you that we are getting your order picked up from our warehouse on the date required.

ADDITIONAL TRACKING SERVICES BY CARRIERS

Some carriers offer additional services for tracking and management of packages being delivered to your home address. Any additional upgrades to the carrier services below are between the customer and the carrier.

FedEx Delivery Manager®
Track packages and get alerts with the FedEx® Mobile app or your computer. Give specific instructions for incoming deliveries to your driver. Have a package put on the side of the house, tell them not to ring your doorbell or make another needed request. All deliveries to the given address will follow these instructions. Keep deliveries safe by picking up packages from thousands of convenient locations. Request to redirect your package to a nearby location with later hours and then pick it up on your time.
