As soon as your order has shipped we email a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please check your SPAM folder if you have not received your tracking number email. You can also login into your account to view your order details and tracking number.
MAKE A RETURN
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return most items sold by Perpetual Kid for a refund or store credit. Returns must be received by Perpetual Kid within 60 days of your order date to receive a refund. See Return Instructions + Full 60 Day Return Policy
Our overly excited customer service team will be arm wrestling each other to see who gets the chance to answer the email first. This is certainly the quickest way to get a response. During our business hours, all emails will be answered within 2 hours. (Those wrestling matches last awhile sometimes.)

- The shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS can sometimes miss a scan when handling your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking to be updated.
