Small Business

Thank you for supporting a small business! Perpetual Kid is celebrating our 20th anniversary!

It's more than just a one knight stand.

Looking for a fun gift idea for diehard Game of Thrones fans? Our Become a Knight or Dame Tin Kit bestows upon you the power to select a friend of family member to become a knight or dame of Alconbury!

Become a Knight or Dame Gift Tin:

This kit will grant your gift recipient an official knighthood from the Lord of Alconbury, making them a Knight of the Manor of Alconbury and allowing them to use the title, Sir or Dame!

What's Included:

  • An explanation of your gift
  • History of Alconbury Manor & Town
  • History of Knights and Dames
  • Ancient Historical Map of Huntingdonshire
  • Trifold leaflet on the Lord of Alconbury
  • Registration sheet to claim knighthood or damehood

Once registration is complete, an official certificate of knighthood or damehood will be dispatched within 28 days!

The information provided in the tin will instruct your gift recipient to register online and follow the directions given. They will need to register your gift before the ‘register by’ date, shown on the back of your tin sleeve. Therefore, we recommend that they register as soon as possible.

Tin measures approximately 5.5 wide x 9.5 tall x 1.4 inches deep. Our DIY Become a Knight or Dame Kit will allow you to honor your friends and family with the greatest title of all!

Can I use my title on official documents?
No, unfortunately the title cannot be used on official documentation like passports or driving licenses.

The title of Sir and Dame can be used by the gift recipient once they have received their certificate of proof of title. Please note that whilst you will be able to use the title of Sir or Dame of Alconbury, this is not the same as a title of nobility for services to the country.
